That was me too.

Years ago, I was a certified Reiki Master and meditation teacher. I led workshops on positive thinking, manifestation, and the law of attraction. But deep inside, I knew something was missing. I could meditate every day and still carry emotional trauma. I could receive energy healing regularly, but without addressing my mindset, the shifts wouldn’t hold.

It was only after my professional training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) with Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn that the missing piece clicked into place. I realized that mindfulness is the bridge — the tool that grounds transformation into real, lasting change.

And so the Pathway to Inner Peace™ — Featuring the 4R Method was born.
