Setting Healthy Boundaries
Jun 16, 2023Ever feel like people take advantage or run over you? Finding a balance between being of service versus giving too much of yourself is learning to set healthy boundaries for yourself. Setting boundaries can be difficult as we think we will hurt others at the expense of ourselves.
Here are some affirmations in claiming and setting healthy boundaries:
I release any shame or guilt and instead choose what feels right for me and honor myself by saying yes or no to agree with that alignment.
As I respect and honor my own boundaries, others will recognize and respect those boundaries.
One of the greatest gifts, of love and compassion, I can give to myself is allowing me to set healthy boundaries.
