Bring awareness to how giving thanks, multiple times in a day, can offer a greater sense of happiness, fulfillment, and abundance to all aspects of life.
We all know how to be grateful, offering thanks for our family and loved ones. Byrne encourages us to apply gratitude to challenging situations by choosing a different way out of a negative thought pattern. Instead of focusing on the negative thought, consider what positive events or things occurred as a result. It is impossible to be negative when you are grateful; look for the things to be thankful for that came from that negative life experience.
