Claim your inner peace!
Jun 16, 2023Wow, life can throw some serious blowing punches. You dodge and weave only so much. You fend off the naysayers, the tough life experiences and challenges, the emotional attacks but at times you become totally drained. Do you recognize those moments and retreat and regroup? Or are you like me, power woman (only in my mind) and think you can keep going?
We must retreat and regroup for our own self-preservation. This does not mean a vacation or days off (although those would be nice). This is a retreat to your own inner space. Reconnect and center yourself where you find strength, where you refuel. Mine is a sea salt bath and calming music from Pandora’s Ambient Radio. I quietly say the following statements to myself as I claim my sense of inner peace, serenity and empowerment:
Today’s Affirmation:
I call forth God, The Angels and all Ascended Masters to assist me in claiming beautiful radiant light that carries with it a deep sense of Inner peace flowing through every cell and molecule of my very being.
May it feel like running water flowing through me.
I am one with God and have that Divinity flowing through me as I claim it now.
Clear all toxicities from me through the exhale of my breath and the intention with thought I set forth now; So Be It.
I feel my own light ignited as a claim my Inner Power fueled by the only thing that is Real and that is Divine Love. Love is Eternal.
