My Story: From Powering Through to Feeling Again
When I owned my insurance agency, I wasn’t just a business owner. I was a mother—first to one child, and eventually to two. I was a wife, a daughter, a friend in a tight-knit, active social circle. I sang in my parish choir. I volunteered. I even helped clean the church when it was first getting started.
I was thriving on being everything to everyone.
