Mindfulness & Meditation Practices For a Vibrant Life

Let’s begin with an exercise. Close your eyes or choose a soft gaze.
Bring your awareness to the natural flow of your breath. Notice the complete inhale and then the natural exhale.
Now introduce these words as you inhale, say I do my best, and then exhale; I let go of the rest.
Anytime you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stressed, stop and bring your awareness the breath. Connect to its cadence and then say these words to yourself:

๐ ๐ก๐๐ฉ ๐๐ค ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐ง๐๐จ๐ฉ
The key is to be aware of taking this pause and then following through.
