Teen Meditation


 

This teen meditation focuses on offering life-skill tools to help develop good habits for dealing with day-to-day stresses at school, in sports, into adult hood.

The benefits of meditation:

  •  increased self-confidence
  •  relaxation
  •  reduced stress
  • sharpened focus

Meditation classes are designed to encourage teens to embrace a positive thought pattern. Each class begins with an exercise to center breathing. Next, attendees experience a visually and vocally guided meditation. The end of the class features an uplifting reflection so attendees depart on an optimistic and encouraging note.
